As a Program Analyst (UX/UI Designer) at the GS-0343-11 with a full performance level of GS-12, you will be part of Human Resources Solutions (HRS), Federal Staffing Center (FSC), USAJOBS Program Office, Office of Personnel Management.
You will serve as a User Experience/User Interface (UX/UI) Designer to improve the usability, usefulness, and desirability of websites and applications in collaboration with other UX/UI Designers, Project Managers, Information Architects, and Content Strategists.

Develops graphic materials, website content and other media deliverables including field of composition, cover execution, layout and paste-up of text and illustrations for publications, templates, slides, charts, graphs, and other materials.
Develops and support usability testing efforts to include test scenarios and other relevant test tools, recruitment of test participants, and coordination of overall testing at various facilities and/or online.
Conducts and facilitates UX/UI design methods to uncover meaningful insights that drive great design and innovation in the federal government.
Utilizes usability tools and research methods to provide actionable insights that drive future design improvements while cultivating an environment of sustained creativity within the USAJobs program.
Directly facilitates problem-solving sessions, human-centered design immersion projects, design sprints, and other meetings and sessions as needed.
Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.
