Chenega Enterprise Systems & Solutions, LLC, a Chenega Professional Services' company, is looking for a Program Analyst, Records Management to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Cybersecurity Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). The Program Analyst, Records Management will work as part of a team providing support in the Records and Information Management (RIM) task area for the DHS OCIO.

Responsibilities
Help develop records schedules, file plans, policies, and SOPs that ensure compliance with applicable statutes and regulations for CISA records programs.
Review and update existing records schedules, file plans, policies, and SOPs.
Assist CISA records POCs with updating their schedules.
Provide program implementation and day-to-day program support for records programs (Records and Information Management, PRA, Forms and e-discovery requests).
Assist with the review and update of current RIM training courses and materials.
Assist new CISA employees with learning CISA records procedures and tools.
Provide customer support by responding to customer service inquiries, managing email boxes, and providing ad hoc one-on-one training.
Conduct research, as requested, on task area related topics
Help to manage team workflow, including managing taskers and other information requests.
Track progress and deadlines for assignments and projects and report status
Provide program management office support, including customer service, training, document development, scheduling, editing, project planning, and administrative support
Provide day-to-day program support within your assigned task area
Support data calls from DHS HQ, CISA leadership and others, as needed
Qualifications
Please note this will be a 3 month contract
Bachelors degree and 1-3 years of related experience
Experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
Previous experience supporting a federal records management program preferred
Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize
Close attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Final salary determination based on skill-set, qualifications, and approved funding.
