SAIC is currently hiring a Program Analyst; Personnel Support Awards located in Pearl City, Hawaii to support the Modeling & Simulation Systems Engineering contract on USINDOPACOM to provide administrative support for the Joint Awards Program, the Task Management System (TMS), and the Foreign Disclosure Officer (FDR)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Serves as Headquarters USINDOPACOM Joint Awards Program Support, leading timely execution of high visible tasks
Provides support for administrative and personnel management functions, incorporating a variety of services essential to the direction and function of the Operations Directorate
Assists the J1 Directorate Foreign Disclosure Officer (FDO) as necessary in making foreign disclosure (FD) determinations on issues involving the directorate
Facilitates HQs, Services, and Office of the Secretary of Defense level approvals for USINDOPACOM award submissions and tracks awards completion / provides weekly status briefs up to Flag Officer/General Officer (FOGO) levels
Supports development and reviews/screens complex staffing packets for J1, J10, Chief of Staff, Deputy Commander, or Commander USINDOPACOM
Trains Action Officers on process and packet development, providing key Executive Correspondence examples and guidance to support task submission
Supports training, development, packaging and reviews/screens staffing packets for Chief of Staff, Deputy Commander, COMUSINDOPACOM and SECDEF approval
Coordinates and implements all internal account controls, provides system training, and assists with user issues
Drafts implementing instructions for major administrative and policy matters
Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors and five (5) years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree
Demonstrated experience in the following DoD civilian personnel software systems:
Task Management System (TMS)
Foreign Disclosure Management System (FDMS)
Must have proven experience drafting documents and implementing classification standards to stakeholders at the Flag Officer General Officer (FOGO) level
Ability meet demanding deadlines, organized, and effective communicator
Potential occasional travel required; CONUS and OCONUS
REQUIRED CLEARANCE:
Must have a current Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
Must be a current US Citizen
