JOB DESCRIPTION: SAVA is seeking a candidate to obtain and processrequests to purchase a wide variety of office and law enforcement equipment,supplies, and serviced by reviewing the request for completeness and accuracy,ensuring available funds, determining the appropriate purchase methods inaccordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Other duties mayinclude the following:

  • Request quotes,select vendors, resolve problems and negotiate modifications to originalagreements, and maintain required documentation,

  • Prepare purchaseorders and Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA)s by verifying specifications andprice, obtain recommendations from suppliers for substitute items; obtainapproval from requisition department.

  • PrepareReimbursement Agreement between Federal Agencies (RA) in accordance with

Economy Act 31 U.S.C. 1535.

  • Determineadequacy and completeness of item or service description through research ofvarious manuals and catalogs or through discussion with manufacturersrepresentatives or requisitioning sources.

  • Utilize anelectronic financial management system to oversee the collection, accurateaccounting and reporting of funds; to collect and maintain up-to-datestatistical data for planning and reporting purposes.

  • Assign accountingcodes and process travel authorizations.

  • Process vendorinvoices including verifying and/or obtaining payment, approval, matchingpurchase orders and receiving reports, and addressing exceptions.

  • Process andmonitor account payable disbursements; reviewing account codes for accuracy,and verifying supporting documents and data.

  • Review andreconcile various financial transactions; examine invoices and other sourcedocuments to verify obligations and post appropriate records.

  • Create officebudget realignments.

  • Resolve shipmentsin error with suppliers.

  • Close all

Purchase Orders or BPA Call when the period of performance dates and warrantyhas expired.

  • Providedirection, work coordination, and training to other Purchasing Agents,assisting with more difficult and complex problems as needed. Performs generaloffice/clerical support duties such as responding to telephone inquiries,filing, preparing information summaries, as well as other administrative dutyneeded for the successful operation of the laboratory.

  • Perform otherlaboratory functions as assigned.

Qualifications

BASICQUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be able toobtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

  • Must have a validdrivers license.

  • At a minimum,shall have an Associates degree or higher from an accredited educationalinstitution or foreign equivalent.

  • At least 3 ormore years of experience in accounting and administrative experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION: SAVA is seeking a candidate to work within theElectronic Discovery Reference Model \(EDRM\) and must have an understanding ofstandards, guidelines for practical resources for legal professionals ande\-Discovery practitioners\. Duties mayinclude, but are not limited to, the following: + Utilizingstandardized e\-Discovery software tools such as Relativity, Clearwell,Concordance, or other enterprise tools\. + Ensuring completeand accurate project documentation is created and maintained\. + Identifying,preserving, collecting, and producing Electronically Stored Information \(ESI\)in response to discovery requests\. + Managinge\-Discovery production and prepare data analysis reports and documentation\. + Ensuring properdata handling procedures and chain of custody\. + Assisting withthe e\-Discovery process, from ingestion, production of e\-Discovery materials,and through archiving\. + Conductingcomplex Boolean searches and generation of reports in an e\-Discovery platform,currently Relativity\. + Processing,ingesting, integrating and organizing native files and loading data fromdigital media sources into an e\-Discovery platform, currently Relativity\. + Daily clientcontact and working in high pressure court deadline\-driven environments\. + Identifies andaddresses data quality issues\. + Providing expertwitness testimony as needed\. + Performing otherlaboratory functions as assigned\. + Facilitatecommunication and collaboration among Chief council, case agents and e\-Discovery team members\. + Develop schedule,assigns, and distributes casework to e\-Discovery team\. + Tracks projectprogress and workflow\. + Researches andanalyzes changes and developments in e\-Discovery\. + Provide technicalleadership to litigation teams\. + Identifies andaddresses systemic data quality issues\. + Providestechnical guidance and recommendations to enhance e\-Discovery capabilities andproduction of ESI\. Qualifications BASICQUALIFICATIONS: + Must be able toobtain and maintain a Secret clearance\. + Must have a validdriver’s license\. + At a minimum,shall have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University or foreignequivalent, with a minimum of 24 credit hours in computer science, engineering,or mathematics\.
