Program Analyst, Google Cloud

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 3 years of experience in management consulting, program management, project management, data analytics, operations, technology, or similar field.

• Experience in project management and working with cross-functional leadership and stakeholders.

• Experience with spreadsheet tools.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience using SQL and working with data sets to deliver insights and recommendations.

• Experience building relationships, with the ability to meet and exceed goals in a fast paced environment.

• Ability to work in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.

• Ability to communicate in Spanish to work with local colleagues based in Mexico City.

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with experience reporting to executive leaders in the company.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000-$154,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Generate insights for the business and decide where we focus is needed, or how to fix gaps.

• Build project plans that scope milestones and keep teams focused on driving to completion, signaling risks and key milestones along the way.

• Own cross-functional programs to drive process improvements, operational excellence, and reporting standardization.

• Communicate findings to leadership and key stakeholders with polished presentations that synthesize context, insights, and recommendations.
