As a Program Analyst, you will serve as an expert on the evaluation and implementation of usability testing and design support of software solutions for the Fleet program.
Location of position: Washington, DC , Office of Fleet Management

You will be responsible for the following:
Supporting the design and development of web applications front end to improve and optimize user experience. Translate business objectives into effective software solutions for intuitive user experiences.
Conducting agile ceremonies including, sprint reviews, retrospectives, daily stand ups, demos, and sprint planning.
Creating UI style guide to support development of consistent and intuitive web user interfaces Create technical design documents, user guides, release notes and training materials for a complex systems.
Conducting usability testing of applications, software and websites to improve ease of use Test newly implemented and existing software
features and functionality.
Occasional travel - Occasional travel maybe required.

The GS-13 salary range starts at $96,970 per year. If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected.
To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience designing, developing, and implementing business intelligence and reporting applications using cutting edge tools and systems development lifecycle methodology. Experience must include using agile practices, translating business requirements to design customer journey maps, wireframes, mock ups and prototypes, Scrum practices, VSTS, Balsamiq, Microsoft Visio, Office, Google Suite, Identity Manager etc.
