What you need to qualify
A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, or a degree related to the agency program that demonstrates the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and two years experience coordinating or administering a program
OR
Any combination of experience or education equivalent to five years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and skill requirements listed for the classification.

grantees based on legislatively approved budget.
Program Coordination and Collaboration:
task force with ODHS programs, youth, other agencies,
community partners and Rural Community
providers.
Systems Development
primary computer systems to ensure that these systems
provide the maximum possible support for the program
operations and objectives. This requires in-depth
knowledge of how the systems operate and interact.
Working conditions
This position is in Salem but provides central office support and coordination for contracted services statewide. This position works in a professional environment. This position includes a great deal of analysis and problem-solving and may have to work with multiple partners who have conflicting priorities and requirements. The work schedule may include some non-traditional work hours in the evening and weekends. Travel, overnight stays and working after normal work hours is sometimes required.

The Oregon Department of Human Services does not offer visa sponsorship.
