LMI is seeking a Program Analyst to join the Joint Project Manager Protection (JPM P). This position will work in Safford Virginia.


  • Use planning, analytical, problem solving, organizational, and leadership skills to support the following:

  • Interaction with stakeholders.

  • Work and project prioritization.

  • Gathering, analyzing, and presenting facts and positions using data collection techniques and tools.

  • Identifying problems and developing solutions.

  • Planning and executing programs, projects, or studies within established constraints (e.g., funding, schedule, etc.)

  • Represent the Government Lead as a primary or alternate voting member of the following National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) committees:

  • 1- Emergency Medical Services Protective Clothing and Equipment (FAE-EMS)

  • 2- Hazardous Materials Protective Clothing and Equipment (FAE-HAZ)

  • 3- Fire and Emergency Services Protective Clothing and Equipment (FAE-AAC)

  • 4- Respiratory Protection Equipment (FAE-RPE)

  • 5- Tactical and Technical Operations Respiratory Equipment (FAE-TTO)

  • Provide JPM Protection and Staff CBRNE countermeasures program analysis and technical solutions.

  • Apply knowledge of National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) codes and standards, NFPA policy, National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) policy and standards, and execution of those codes and standards to the JPEO-CBRND portfolio.

  • Represent JPM Protection and JPEO-CBRND at Combating Terrorism Technical Support Office (CTTSO) interagency Technical Support Working Group (TSWG) meetings.

  • Understand Joint CBRND operations and apply joint operational concepts to JPM Protection and USSOCOM projects and programs. Additionally, the contractor shall apply US Northern Command (NORTHCOM) CBRNE Response Enterprise (CRE) and DoD Support to civil emergencies strategies, concepts, and policy to the JPM Protection portfolio.

  • Review business trade-off analyses, Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs), Business Case Analyses (BCAs), Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCEs), and risk analyses as they pertain to the JPM Protection portfolio and provide recommendations to the Government.


Preferred: Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Level III certification, or the equivalency, in Program Management is desired. DAU courses will be at Government cost; however, travel costs (ex: Per Diem, lodging, mileage) will not be at Government cost.

Develops Quality Assurance Programs for all products and services. Prepare Staffing Plans, including skill and labor mix, to support contract operations. May be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staff. Assign staff and provide technical direction as necessary to complete task. Monitor contract, subcontract, and funding; prepare forecasts of program financial performance. Develop and deliver required contract, departmental, project and/or financial reports. Program Manager shall have material experience leading direct federal or DoD Application Migration to cloud, application assessments using the 6 R's; Re-hosting, Re-platforming, Repurchasing, Refactoring/Re-architecting, Retire or Retain and/or data center transformation. Qualifications Required: * BA/BS with 10 years of experience with at least 4 years of management level responsibility. * Must have a DoD Secret Clearance or higher.
