Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in a related field and two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Position Focus:
Performing administrative, program, and office activities including, but not limited to, making travel arrangements, managing IT needs, determining logistical needs for lectures, seminars, and conferences, and hosting visitors. Responsible for the full range of the project management lifecycle: discovery initiate planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling, and closing. Responsible for creation of Institutional Review IRB)/Human Investigation Committee (HIC) protocols and reports for submission to Yale HIC and any outside IRBs, serving as primary liaison, including monitoring the review process, ensuring submission, renewal and amendment as well as training for all research team staff as needed. Manage project staff, including, hiring, training and ongoing development as well as investigator activities, to ensure that the study is recruiting/training subjects and that study is operating properly and efficiently. Certify HIC and HIPAA standards are being adhered to. Monitor group tasks on a daily basis, advising regularly on issues regarding interaction with subjects, collection of reliable data, participant attrition, etc. Lead the design and development of project plans and interact regularly with project teams and others in completion of the work and communicating status. Developing tables and appendices for NIH project reports and formatting all project documents. Supporting updating needs of the DM Lab website. Ensuring smooth office workflow by maintaining supplies, scheduling and coordinating meetings, such as research group meetings. Provides editorial support for a journal/publication. Proofreads and edits material for grammatical and factual accuracy. Tracks copy through various editing and production stages. Communicates with authors, printers, and others concerned with published work. Please note this position will entail coordinating one or more projects.
Preferred Education, Experience and Skills:
Bachelor's or Masters' degree with at least three years of experience working on managing projects. Prior experience managing healthcare projects is not required but will be helpful.
