Job Description

CACI is seeking a cleared Program Administrator at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. You'll perform numerous program management and contract management functions necessary to support administration of the contract. If you are a motivated individual looking to be a part of a critical mission, CACI would like to speak with you.

What you'll Get to Do:

  • Onboarding of new employees

  • Conduct daily roll call

  • Coordinate employee security and access requirements

  • Process Extended Work Week requests

  • Preparation of task execution plans, budget estimates, travel requests, overtime requests, certificates of service, and contract status reports

  • Provide centralized point of contact for project administration activities

You'll bring these Qualifications:

  • An Active Secret Clearance

  • Prior experience with Microsoft Office Suite

  • A working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations/Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs/DFARs), including Cost Accounting Standards.

  • Knowledge of Army supply/property management policies

  • Knowledge of the DoD Industrial Security Program

The Program Administrator will perform numerous Program Management and Contract Management functions necessary to support administration of the IEWS-D contract. Other responsibilities may include: * Preparation of Task Execution Plans, budget estimates, travel requests, overtime requests, certificates of service, and contract status reports. * Must be experienced in the administration of a purchasing system and related policies. * Must be capable of establishing a competitive bidding system and assuring that purchasing from vendors is at the lowest possible cost consistent with quality and delivery requirements. Requirements• Bachelor's Degree * Three (3) years of relevant experience within the last 5 years. * Requires a thorough knowledge of company procedures as well as working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations/Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs/DFARs), including Cost Accounting Standards. SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
