Serves as a top level technical or functional expert, often working on multiple projects and programs.
McLean, VA and Springfield, VA Hours are flexible and a set schedule between the two locations will be worked out. i.e. MWF in Springfield and T TH at HQ.Travel is local and on occasion travel to NC and potentially other sites across the U.S.; Expert level PM providing SI support specializing in supporting multiple project contracts on development, research, and analysis for technical action operations. Candidates must be proactive and creative with excellent system integration skills and proven track record of successful project integration.; Location/Hours: - McLean, VA (awaiting confirmation) Hours TBD. Task Responsibilities:
Tracking action items for successful completion Responding to actions requested by the customer Communicate progress and risks for several concurrent efforts from a financial perspective Coordinate and prepare project schedules Prepare various briefings (i.e. quad charts, roadmaps, strategic planning and other presentations) Prepare and review written communications to a variety of stakeholders Facilitate collaboration and information sharing among a variety of stakeholders across sponsor and other agencies Manage scheduling and logistics of a cross-organizational technical exchange meetings to include agendas, minutes and communications. Compile documentation of technical requirements in the form of a System Requirements Document. Financial support to request funding in customer tool. Maintain budget requests for multiple efforts/needs. Request appropriate report information from vendors when they are not provided in a timely manner or with accuracy.Required Skills:
Combined experience in systems integration, project management, and/or systems engineering. Bachelor's degree Demonstrated experience applying engineering and technology principles to real world operations. Demonstrated experience working independently with minimal supervision while managing high priority projects simultaneously and adjusting to changing priorities. Demonstrated experience participating in team meetings, communicating tasks being worked and identifying any impediments. Demonstrated experience pointing out inconsistencies, problems and points of contention with the processes and offering recommendations for resolution. Experience with action funds and/or separate funds for special purposes. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Demonstrated experience exhibiting communication skills including written, verbal, listening, negotiating, presentation/briefing skills and working with personnel at all levels including customers, vendors and technical peers.

8.May have supervisory responsibilities.
9.Maintains current knowledge of relevant developments in area of expertise.
10. Participates in special projects as required.
1.Bachelors Degree in a related discipline.
2.Masters Degree preferred.
10-15 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN AREA OF EXPERTISE.
