L3 Technologies ISR Systems Mission Integration is seeking perm hire Program Cost Scheduling and Control Analysts to join our Finance proposal team to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines.

Job details

  • The Prog Cost/Sched Ctrl Analyst sets up cost control system; monitors and controls costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system.

  • Performs analyses and prepares reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines.

  • Prepares budgets and schedules for contract work and performs and/or assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles; sales outlook; and variance analysis.

  • Prepares program plans to ensure program requirements and statement of work are captured and scheduled.

  • Performs schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and scheduling risks.

  • Ensures adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures; directing preparation of expenditure projections; and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government.

  • Incorporates contractual changes into control systems by staying aware of outstanding work against each contract in order to maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines.

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree, from an accredited university, in Accounting, Finance, or other business field. Advanced Master's degree preferred.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance which requires U.S. citizenship.

  • One (1) to three (3) years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Candidate must be able to work closely with team members and have a willingness to learn.

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.

  • Business writing skills are essential.

  • Experience inputting and retrieving data in SAP desired.

  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).

Support Systems Engineering position as part of a team that supports the design, development, maintenance, test, verification, and validation of specialized systems installed on ISR aircraft platforms and associated ground systems You will demonstrate success by: * Interfaces with supervisor, customer, Project Engineering, and Program Management to determine System Integration Laboratory (SIL) support requirements. * Starts up all SIL equipment and loads all SIL software in an orderly fashion; shuts down in the same manner to reconfigure the SIL or close down for the day. * Monitors SIL schedules and ongoing test/integration activities and provides technical support, troubleshooting and repair or replacement of defective equipment. * Assists in planning periodic SIL upgrades to new wiring and equipment configurations. * Lead a team in fabricating, assembling, and installing electrical/electronic parts, materials, hardware, wiring harnesses and components into complete assemblies. * Works with management to develop and adhere to schedules and budgets required to accomplish assigned work. * Provides regular status updates for ongoing work efforts to keep management and our customer Our Values are an integral part of who we are. We seek candidates who share our values: * Integrity * Excellence * Accountability * Respect Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in an appropriate engineering discipline (EE, ME, CS, Physics) or an equivalent combination of education and experience. * Candidate must already possess and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship. * CompTIA Security certification or ability to achieve certification within 6 months of hire. * Possessing knowledge, skills and abilities sufficient to install, modify, fabricate, and repair electrical interconnect harnesses. * Experience using analog or digital multi-meters for voltage verifications and resistance readings, clamp-on ammeters and temperature meters. * Experience operating test equipment such as digital oscilloscopes, Arbitrary Waveform Generators (AWG) and spectrum analyzers to perform integration and testing ELINT, EW or Radar sensors * Candidate must have strong written and interpersonal skills, such as communicating well with assemblers, management, engineering and manufacturing as well as customers. * Strong planning/organizational skills with ability to prioritize work assignments. * Experience working both independently and in a team environment with the ability to lead small teams through an entire build cycle Travel/Flexible work schedule: * Candidate must be willing to travel both CONUS and OCONUS up to 20% of the time. Candidate must be willing and able to work a flexible job schedule to include off-shift or weekend work and occasional overtime. Physical Requirements: * Some lifting required.
