Position Summary

The Profile Coach provides 1:1 coaching to the members of the Profile WeightManagement Program. The Profile Coach will deliver evidence-based protocolsas designed by the Clinical Advisory Board while coaching Profile membersthrough the phases of the Profile program at Profile Centers or employersites.

The coach will be skilled in developing trust and rapport withcurrent and/or potential members while supporting an environment freeof discrimination and bias. The qualities of the Profile coach are excellencein building relationships, customer service, enthusiasm, compassion, teamwork, and empathy.

Understanding the complexity of elevated BMI, and the medical risks associated,is paramount to helping members appreciate the health benefits of the

Profile program. Motivational interviewing skills are necessary to maintainmember retention, assist members with healthy lifestyle modification andweight maintenance.

The Profile Coach will reinforce the value of usingmeal replacement products for weight loss and weight maintenance.

TheProfile Coach will have advanced understanding of technology that is offeredand its usefulness in maintaining weight loss. Each coach will assistwith KOS (Key Operating Statistics), business development, evaluatingprogram effectiveness, and process improvement. The Profile Coach is expectedto participate in scheduled staff meetings (at least monthly) and continuededucation to keep abreast of Profile best practices.

All job duties will be carried out using a high level of customer servicewhile promoting and participating in the team concepts at the ProfileCenter. Profile Coaches are expected to promote health and wellness bothpersonally and professionally. Profile Coaches are expected to respectconfidential information of Profile members and Profile business statistics.In regard to specific scope of the Profile Coach, refer to the ProfileCoach Code of Ethics in the Profile Program Training Manual.

Computer skills to include use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and webnavigation, especially the Profile Member and Coach App. Additionally,the Profile Coach will operate Point of Sale, member management, and phone systems.

When students are providing patient care, treatment, any/or services asa part of their training, any/all employees may be asked to supervisethe students.

Education/Experience

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required. 6 months prior experiencewith wellness, fitness, and/or nutrition programs preferred.

Required Credentials

Achieve and maintain Profile Coach Certification.

Employment Variables

Mostly day hours, however, scheduled hours will vary dependent on staffingneeds of retail site. Travel may be required.

You will ensure that the store is well-stocked and clean in addition to maintaining organized overhead and back stock areas. While both part-time and full-time positions generally focus on floor merchandise and inventory standards, you may also be assigned at times to front end cashier and sales associate duties as necessary. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and establishing a rapport with customers while informing them of our products and services * Maintain aisles by following established sorting and stocking guidelines * Complete freight process within designated timeframes while ensuring sorting area is safe and organized including unloading of truck trailers, loading of merchandise onto carts; distributing inventory to correct locations; pulling and stocking merchandise from back room and overheads * Process inventory and proactively investigate/correct any discrepancies * Open and stack cases and merchandise; break down boxes and bale cardboard * Be familiar with and sharing Total Wine & More's product portfolio * Ensure proper signage is in place and pricing is accurate; build displays and end caps; clean and maintain merchandise as appropriate * Maintain store safety standards * Ownership of store cleanliness and assist in maintaining standards on the sales floor, stock room, lockers, kitchen, bathroom, etc. JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Experience, Skills and Education: * 21 years of age or older * Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, which may also depend on your preference for part-time or full-time hours * Ability to use technology applicable to the position and access information necessary to complete daily responsibilities Preferred Experience, Skills and Education: * 1-year retail sales associate, merchandiser, or inventory specialist experience (including greeting customers, stocking, merchandising/managing inventory, and/or replenishment) * Prior experience in a team environment requiring professional and effective communication skills * Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks at a time and meet deadlines * Strong interpersonal skills necessary for establishing customer and team relationships * Ability to demonstrate a positive and engaging attitude and demeanor * Desire to continually develop knowledge of product and services * High School Diploma or equivalent PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (with or without accommodations): * Ability to walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 10-12 hours a day * Ability to climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead and repeatedly About Total Wine & More Total Wine & More is America's Wine Superstore®—the country's largest independent retailer of fine wine.
