We are looking for a highly motivated, outgoing, hands-on Services Operations Analyst to support our Services team. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the global Services organization, from allocation of resources to analyzing completed projects for revenue recognition. In addition, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the services organization including, forecasting, reporting, time management, resource utilization, etc.


  • Assist the Manager of Customer Success Operations with financial planning and analysis

  • Improve and automate services processes

  • Create, track and report team resourcing including resource scheduling and utilization

  • Liaise with Services Delivery Managers and Finance to ensure timeliness of invoicing and revenue recognition

  • Review sales opportunities, contracts and purchase orders (POs) to ensure adherence with revenue recognition rules and guidelines

  • Mine and analyze data; identify areas to improve resource utilization, increase revenue, enhance services margin, and minimize risk

  • Develop and maintain capacity models and predictive resource models based on sales plan and pipeline

  • Source possible PS Automation tools to configure and administer billing rules


  • 4+ years industry experience in a Professional Services Operations or similar role for a SaaS tech company

  • Strong Excel skills is a must

  • Salesforce experience is preferred

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with Accounting/Finance concentration or equivalent work experience

  • Deep knowledge of operational and financial levers and metrics within a services organization

  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail

  • Ability to multi-task under demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment - The successful candidate will have a "roll-up-the-sleeves" attitude

  • Strong communication skills are a must given this team member will be responsible for driving team meetings for the services organization and inter-departmental collaboration

  • Solid understanding of project financials, revenue recognition, invoicing and billing process as it applies to services

  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to problem solve and work independently with a minimum level of supervision

  • Effective and decisive under pressure and operating with a sense of urgency

The Professional Services Solution Architect must be able to: * Work in a presales capacity as a customer facing resource to drive opportunities to successful completion * Develop and drive Professional Services revenues by introducing and leading initiatives to rollout new services or implement changes to existing services * Mentor Professional Services staff both technically and functionally * Deliver Kofax solutions to customer based on requirements document * Provide technical leadership to customer on Kofax solutions as configured to the customer's requirements * Work closely with project manager to keep projects on schedule and within budget * Function as the Kofax subject matter expert when onsite at the customer's location * Work independently in developing a solution per the customer's requirements * Document all customer-specific configurations * Install Kofax configuration on the customer's hardware; includes installation of Kofax in a highly available configuration and disaster recovery * Assess requirements, design, and implement Kofax Oracle solutions for FPA * Assist customers in defining best practice processes for invoice handling and associated processes * Write functional and technical design documents * Define acceptance criteria and gain acceptance for completed projects in a timely fashion * Monitor and report progress against objectives and milestones for customer and internal projects * Perform product configuration * Assist the customer in the development of test plans * Test customized, configured solution before delivery to customer * Analyze and troubleshoot customer problems during project. * Document the customer's solution for delivery to the customer and for the Support Department. * Take active part in the development of the Consulting Services department, the project model, and internal processes and procedures. * Prepare and deliver presentations to customers on topics such as product capabilities, requirements, designs, proposed solutions, best practices and results of health checks and system analysis. * Other duties as assigned by manager While the job description describes what is anticipated as the requirements of the position, the job requirements are subject to change based upon any changing needs and requirements of the business.
