Professional Practices Analyst (Hybrid)

Work Arrangement/Location: This will be a hybrid position requiring in-office work multiple days each week and will be based in the Buffalo, NY, Bridgeport, CT, or Wilmington, DE office.

Overview:

Responsible for the execution of various efforts across Professional Practices programs in the Internal Audit division- talent management, training development and delivery, reporting, and occasionally methodology and / or quality assurance.

Primary Responsibilities:

Effective Talent Management Practices

• • Independently execute assigned tasks to build learning solutions, organize departmental resources, and generate reporting for various audiences, adhering to department and professional industry standards in support of Professional Practices strategy.

• •Deliver training content for various audiences using pre-established framework.

• Directly communicate with various levels across the Audit Division. This position does not engage in risk-based audit engagements but instead supports Professional Practices initiatives.

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Business, Finance, Technology, Cybersecurity, Mathematics, Statistics or other related technical field and 2 years of relevant work experience. In lieu of degree, a combined minimum of 6 years higher education and/or work experience including 2 years of relevant work experience.

• Experience with public speaking and/or training delivery

• One to two years of training & talent management experience, ideally within banking/financial services or public accounting.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Education and Experience Preferred:

• Related professional certifications (CPA, CIA, CISA, CAMS or similar)

• MBA or Master's degree in an appropriate field

• Financial Services Industry experience preferred
