Professional Military Education Analyst

As a Professional Military Education Analyst, you ask questions others don't. You understand the nuances of complex situations. As a Professional Military Education Analyst, you will assist client's training staff in the scheduling and management of Enlisted Professional Military Education (PME) training. You will process applications in accordance with proponent guidance into the Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS). You will be responsible for communicating with Major Subordinate Commands (MSC) to inform them on changes to PME guidance and enrollment and for using ATRRS to research and compile data, information, and statistics to prepare recurring and special reports for use by Senior Staff and Leadership to inform the decision-making process. You will provide best practices and troubleshooting assistance to personnel using the Defense Travel System (DTS) in support of school attendance, as required. You will also prepare analysis, briefings, operations orders, information papers, reports, and other required materials, as directed.

You Have:

  • Experience with working on a Brigade level or Higher staff

  • Experience with ATRRS, Total Army Centralized Individual Training Solicitation (TACITS), Regional Level Application Software (RLAS), and Structure Manning Decision Review (SMDR)

  • Experience with using Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

  • Knowledge of the AR 350-10, Management of Army Individual Training Requirements and Resources, AR 350-1, Army Training and Leader Development, and the Training Management Life Cycle

  • Secret clearance

  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with the U.S. Army Reserve

  • Experience with DTS

  • Experience in working with Army Institutional training

  • Knowledge of the Reserve Component Manpower System (RCMS) and Commander's Strength Management Module (CSMM)

  • Knowledge of the Integrated Personnel and Pay System-Army (IPPS-A)

  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience with Officer or Non-commissioned Officer Education in lieu of a degree

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
