The majority of these cases will be in defense against professionals related to construction design, such as architects and engineers. Under the general guidance of a partner, you will: perform background analysis, preparation of pleadings, written discovery, and motions; participate in court conferences, mediation, motion hearings; and participate in fact and expert depositions, and occasional trials. Job Qualifications:

Licensed in either New Jersey or Pennsylvania and willing to get licensed in both states 3-8 years (or more) of experience in civil litigation required. Defense side preferred Construction related professional liability litigation experience is ideal, but not required A degree or background in architecture, engineering, or environmental science is ideal, but not required Experience in construction litigation, professional liability, or medical malpractice are helpful related practice areas Interested in hearing more?
