Job Description:

Tier 2+ support professional working directly with Clients and CoreLogic Internal Technology Teams to research and resolve software issues.

Ensures documentation of support tickets (notes and actions) are clear, concise and thorough per documentation protocol.

Identifies patterns of recurring issues, knowledge gaps, and risks.

Possesses working knowledge of database structure within software applications.

Handles client escalations and communications, utilizing instant message and phone bridges to communicate.

Conducts testing of software functions (i.e., reporting, setup) when scheduled.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.

Client focused with strong oral and written communication skills.

Relationship building skills at all levels of the organization.

Strong problem-solving skills.

HOA and Accounting software knowledge highly desirable.

Job Description: Essential Responsibilities * Serve as the single point of contact for assigned client(s). * Understand client's internal operations to provide a customized service that streamlines their process, working with NTS. * Recommends new and existing services. * Setup, communicate and execute newly signed clients to ensure a smooth transition from the Sales team and Operations teams. * Coordinate and/or provide all client level training, both at the time of new client onboarding and ongoing through the relationship. * Respond swiftly and effectively to client issues or concerns until a resolution is communicated to the client. * Participate in monthly/quarterly client meetings and vendor management audits. * Manage client communication through email and telephone. * Ensure monthly SLAs are met or exceeded. * File, manage and communicate client change requests in TaxQ. * Maintain a client database of contact, contractual and SLA requirements for company-wide use. * Exercise discretion and independent judgment in interpreting service scope, making exceptions as needed with approval of management. * Ensure appropriate escalation of all client issues to NTS executive management; update issue tracker, ensure security of system and users are accurate and up to date. * Provide input to management on how processes may be improved to continue to provide value to all clients. * Review client contracts to ensure that all parameters are being followed by NTS internal departments. * Implement, maintain and process client invoicing and SLA reporting as stated in the client contract. * Liaise between production/operations and client. Job Qualifications: * Skills and Specifications * Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or other related field. * Previous customer relations or sales management * Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication. * High proficiency with computers, with an emphasis on MS Office and Excel. * Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and with a team. * Experienced in project management. * Self-starter, highly organized, with strong attention to detail. * Ability to work in a fast-pace office environment managing multiple deadlines.
