Within WW Learning, the Global Field & Partner Learning team develops and leads cross-segment, role-based learning programs focused on increasing technical, industry, and professional capabilities, to measurably accelerate field and partner performance. Our team delivers learning programs to over 60,000 professionals across our field organization, and to over 1 million learners across our partner ecosystem.

As part of the Global Field & Partner Learning organization, this role will contribute to a team focused on curating and developing learning content and materials to increase the professional skills and capabilities of the Commercial Marketing audience. This will require close collaboration with the M&O Learning Development Manager and their segment stakeholders, to ensure learning content is timely, accurate, relevant and closely aligned with the needs of our field learners. The team is comprised of Program Managers aligned specifically with the Professional Skills curriculum for the Commercial Marketing audience. Additionally, the team will work with Instructional Design Specialists who will bring discipline expertise and best practices and will collaborate with the Program Managers to develop innovative and engaging learning programs at scale.

This role is responsible for delivering innovative solutions that meet the business outcomes and learning objectives necessary to drive business impact in the commercial marketing space. Social engagement, peer to peer learning, manager reinforcement and user generated content approaches are just a few of the opportunities we have to ensure an always on, global learning culture. This role must be able to demonstrate exceptional organizational and communication skills and work under compressed deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment that demands flexibility, high quality, and creativity. The team will partner with a wide range of stakeholders to develop and deliver best-in-class content and training experiences. Collaboration is essential to ensure the greatest potential impact against our business objectives.

  • 3+ years Learning & development experience

  • 5+ years of experience working with executives to set expectations and provide ongoing communications (tracking progress, providing data, analytics, and resolving issues).

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing role

  • 2+ years instructional design / architecture experience

  • Demonstrated expertise collaborating across multiple stakeholder groups to deliver global solutions.

  • Understanding of commercial marketing and large global business

  • Effective analytical and project management skills, to deliver on time and on budget.

  • Knowledge of the most current adult learning theories and approaches for education and learning design.

  • Attention to detail while addressing the needs of competing priorities and deadlines.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.

  • Ability to travel globally 10-20%

  • Program element strategy owner, working with stakeholders to define the learning strategy and content needs for specific program components and capabilities

  • Guide the team on how to best leverage expertise in Instructional Design from within the wider Professional Capabilities team. Partner with this virtual team and with WW Learning peers to build world-class learning programs in a creative & exciting way.

  • Develop innovative & engaging learning programs at scale. Proactively solicit feedback from senior leaders and critical stakeholders on the impact of the learning programs.

  • Consult across the MS Learning organization on best practices for design, develop, and test learning content.

  • Advise stakeholders on best practices in adult learning such as social & peer learning, gamification of learning, informal learning, and real-time performance support.

About the role: The Processors Product Digital Marketing Program Manager (DMPM) develops and executes worldwide digital marketing plans that drive awareness of TI's growth product categories and new technologies / platforms to attract new customers, engage existing customers and influence customer action toward revenue. These activities and results should directly align with business and sales growth goals and objectives. This position requires understanding technical concepts in order to market Sitara™ and Jacinto™ processor technologies to an engineering audience. It is necessary to learn new digital marketing platforms and apply evolving tools, processes and analytics when executing digital marketing plans. This position requires managing programs across multiple teams and disciplines; strong communications skills (written and verbal); and influencing and project management skills are essential. Key responsibilities: * Digital Marketing strategy: Responsible for developing worldwide digital marketing strategies and detailed plans that generate growth for TI in Embedded Processing; this includes marketing new technologies / platforms in order to attract new customers, engage existing customers and influence customer action on * Messaging: Create clear, customer-oriented messaging based on value propositions. Identify when messaging exercises are needed, initiate them early and collaborate with content marketing on executing plans and deliverables. Ensure that consistent messaging is used across all online content. * Content strategy: Influence product line content strategy and help develop, curate and promote content (training, TI Designs reference designs, application notes, white papers, blogs, etc.) in order to gain new contacts and grow customer engagement.
