Job Requirements and Preferences:
Minimum Degree Required:
In lieu of a Bachelor Degree, 12 years of professional experience involving technology-focused process improvements, transformations, and/or system implementations.
Minimum Years of Experience:
Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader:
Creating leading-edge learning experiences for a commercial-facing product;
Managing content strategy for an innovation roadmap;
Collaborating with key stakeholders to implement content strategies;
Ensuring the content strategy is executed, measured, optimized, and maintained
Demonstrating performance consulting, design thinking, ideation, and creative problem solving;
Organizing and leading design thinking workshops that guide learner journeys;
Researching vendors and learning content providers and making recommendations based on defined criteria;
Managing vendor relationships;
Working experience in EdTech from product features to content modality design;
Obtaining and reviewing data analytics from learning products and using that data to influence and direct future designs;
Leading learning and content teams and training/mentoring instructional designers in a start-up environment;
Communicating effectively - writing, storytelling, and listening to influence internal stakeholders and end users of the product; and,
Evaluating learning content from an instructional design perspective - knowing what makes learning stick and ensures engagement in an asynchronous environment.
