Additional Responsibilities:

As a Segment Technology Director in Products & Technology you will be:

  • A critical thinker, ideating outside of the box & helping strategically shape big ideas;

  • Financially astute, building out investment strategies & business cases;

  • A strategist, with frameworks and capabilities to conduct market scans;

  • A facilitator, mentoring our segment tech teams & championing a new way of thinking; and,

  • Leading a team and managing senior level relationships

  • Developing a trusted advisor relationship with customer executive sponsors, and internal stakeholders so all activities are closely aligned with the customer's business case and business strategy;

  • Developing technology strategy at a tech startup/consulting firm/client engagement;

  • Demonstrating passion about all things technology;

  • Being an expert in storytelling, communicating concepts and ideas to stakeholders at all levels;

  • Possessing experience with financial modelling and investment strategy;

  • Understanding of emerging technology and market scan capabilities;

  • Possessing proven presentation skills;

  • Defining and driving overall technology experience, vision, strategy;

  • Managing senior level relationships with product and business stakeholders;

  • Understanding of user experience practices; and,

  • Writing, communicating, facilitating, and presenting cogently to client executives, business, and technology personnel.
