As a Segment Technology Director in Products & Technology you will be:

Job Requirements and Preferences:
Minimum Degree Required:
In lieu of a Bachelor Degree, 12 years of professional experience involving technology-focused process improvements, transformations, and/or system implementations.

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts identifying and addressing client needs: executing various aspects of client engagements and/or projects within a professional services environment, and with technology strategy approaches including knowledge in the following areas:
Developing a trusted advisor relationship with customer executive sponsors, and internal stakeholders so all activities are closely aligned with the customer's business case and business strategy;
Developing technology strategy at a tech startup/consulting firm/client engagement;
Demonstrating passion about all things technology;
Being an expert in storytelling, communicating concepts and ideas to stakeholders at all levels;
Possessing experience with financial modelling and investment strategy;
Understanding of emerging technology and market scan capabilities;
Possessing proven presentation skills;
Defining and driving overall technology experience, vision, strategy;
Managing senior level relationships with product and business stakeholders;
Understanding of user experience practices; and,
Writing, communicating, facilitating, and presenting cogently to client executives, business, and technology personnel.
