This is a global P&A role supporting ICG Technology and Operations. The Finance lead will serve as the main contact for Productivity and Investment reporting and client facing business partner for the O&T Management. The candidate will provide support in all forward looking analyses including forecasts, outlooks, headcount tracking, and expense analytics. The candidate will work closely with the business on all decision support needs and establish a close solid working relationship which will influence strategy and business decisions for optimum use of resources and all aspects of financial planning.


  • Facilitate monthly productivity and investments reporting partnering with Chiefs of Staff to streamline reporting, adopt best practices and update process to be in-line with new corporate defined standards

  • Develop and maintain robust reporting on productivity and investments, including return analysis and measurable metrics that will be used in Senior Management scorecards

  • Maintain productivity and investments targets ensuring alignment between Chief of Staff, Product Finance and Global ICG FP&A team

  • Finance lead for O&T management, creating monthly expense outlooks, mid-year forecast (MYF) and 3 year strategic plan (Plan) for expenses and headcount

  • Manage monthly financial close and create monthly business review documents with detailed analytics on month-end financials and commentary on variances versus plans and outlooks

  • Drive reporting standardization and simplification across various activities performed for business partners leveraging the best practices across the team

  • Develop solid working relationships with key stake holders including Expense Work stream and Chief of Staff with focus to improve accuracy of forecasting and expand analytics on financial processes


  • Minimum 7 years of experience with significant time spent in one of the following functions: Financial Planning and Analysis or Strategy role at a business unit or corporate level within a global financial services organization or a Chief of Staff role with-in a Global Technology organization with significant Financial oversight

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with proven track record of managing and converting large data sets into business decision making tools

  • Collaborative team player with strong influencing skills - must be able to work in a complex organization on integrated teams horizontally and vertically

  • Ability to establish strong internal relationships across businesses and functions and to work in partnership with multiple parties to achieve shared goals

  • Proven ability to drive results and work independently, and great attention to details

  • Strong financial modeling skills

  • Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Proven ability to drive process improvements across the organization

  • Strong financial modeling and Microsoft Office skills (specifically Excel, and PowerPoint)

As a Vice President you will work alongside some of the industry&rsquo;s best and brightest bankers and have exposure to senior people at a diverse set of companies.
