Here are the key details of the Production Welder position:

• Pay: $18/hr. (with scheduled raises every 90 days, 180 days, and semi-annually)
• Schedule: Monday

• Friday, 5:00 am

• 3:30 pm (some Fridays maybe half days)

As a Production Welder, your responsibilities include:

• Fabricating, assembling, and welding metal/steel components for various trailers

• Ensuring welds meet quality standards through meticulous inspection

• Reading blueprints and drawings, and taking accurate measurements to plan layouts and procedures

• Selecting appropriate welding equipment, settings, and methods based on project requirements

• Utilizing a variety of tools, maintaining equipment, and assisting with other tasks as required
