The Production Wardrobe Stylist for all PDP photography will report to the Studio Production Manager and will be required to work in our in-house studio within our headquarters in Winston-Salem, NC. Responsible for supporting the Creative Services group with sample preparation and brand-right on-model styling, as well as still-life (laydowns, mannequin, ghost mannequins, etc.) styling to facilitate PDP photography for all Hanesbrands Inc. digital asset needs. In this role, you are passionate about producing high-caliber work that delivers down to the smallest detail against our brand style guidelines-working with internal and external teams to gather and prepare the necessary garments for photoshoots, whether executed in-house or with an external vendor.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of quality style out-process on model and off-model digital assets for PDP photography and videography, including simple laydowns, styled laydowns, pin-ups, and 3D hollows with solid attention to detail.

  • Fit and style live models (both male and female) in an array of product categories from intimates to activewear for all PDP photography.

  • Lead and develop associate stylists; assist with training and instructing freelance/contract stylists as needed.

  • Charged with ensuring that styling areas around studio are in order each daily.

  • Style products to accurately represent brands, capturing the specific details that make each brand unique for all PDP photography.

  • Manage daily workflow with the flexibility to align with the production timeline.

  • Sample prep (i.e. steaming, styling, props, etc.) and makes sure everything is ready to go before needed on camera set.

  • Works closely with in-house studio team, as well as Photography Managers to meet studio target dates, quotas, and anticipate challenges and actively problem solves potential issues that may disrupt work schedules.

  • Track shots counts/samples and inform the team of status via ShotFlow.

  • Retagging merchandise with correct tags.

  • Works independently on Style Shoots' horizontal (laydown) and vertical (3D hollow) equipment.

  • Stay up to date on the latest fashion trends and push to ensure our digital assets are current and relevant.

  • Assist product managers, photo producers and photography managers in coordinating outfits considering factors such as color, style, and the overall brand look.

  • Arrange for alterations when necessary and oversee the process to ensure the garments fit properly on set.

  • Shop for clothing/accessories, either online or in stores, keeping within the budget. May require managing returns as well.

  • Drive fittings with talent and brand/product team/merchandising representatives.

  • Log model specs and size for future use.

  • Manage multiple projects at once and adjust plans as needed to accommodate last-minute changes.

  • Comfortable with busy, repetitive workflow and being on feet for long periods of time.

  • Assist with the movement of physical product through the studio.

  • Travel if needed to external photoshoots.

  • Other duties as identified and assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Education/ Experience: Bachelor's degree with 3+ years relevant work experience; 4+ years of equivalent work experience can be substituted for Bachelor's degree

  • Keen knowledge of fit and ability to make onset adjustments to ensure a proper fit especially with intimate apparel is a must.

  • Strong styling portfolio featuring model and off model and work.

  • Sound knowledge of project management/workflow and camera technology; ShotFlow,Workhorse Capture One, and Style Shoots preferred.

  • Proficient in computer skills and MS Office Products (Word, Adobe photoshop, Excel, Power Point, etc.) and iOS platform (Mac computer).

  • Able to stand and move around for long periods at a time.

  • Must be able to move products through the studio environment - physical strength and able to lift 35 pounds regularly.
