Effectively communicate, motivate, and train new hires.
Develop reports to track the progress of new hires and determine areas of improvement.
Learn and enforce Company compliance programs to include GMPs and SSOP procedures.
Learn and carry-out People First principals.
Schedule and coordinate training for probationary team members and make recommendations of their progress.
Make a priority to keep items confidential such as outcomes of evaluations.
Prefer bilingual skills
Excellent attendance and disciplinary record
Must have excellent safety habits
Must be familiar with rotation positions in Debone and WBM and other areas assigned by the Human Resource Training Supervisor
Must keep items confidential such as, but not limited to, training records, pay rates, etc
Must have excellent people skills and possess the ability to encourage, influence, and train others to achieve desired results
Ability to work in a team oriented environment
Must have excellent skills in communication, both verbal and written
General knowledge of Microsoft Office
Must possess the ability to make decisions and determine the proper course of action in various training and assessment situations.
Must be able to identify problems and effectively prioritize competing work activities
