Education:

1.       High School Diploma 

2.       Post-Secondary Education in electronics or a related field, including:

a.       An associate degree in electronics engineering technology, electrical engineering technology, or a similar field.

b.       Certificate Programs with technical or vocational schools specifically designed for electronic production technicians. Desired hands-on skills include soldering, circuit assembly, quality control, and safety procedures.

Experience:  0-1 year working experience.

Skill requirements.  Below is the minimum, but not limited to, requirements:

1.       Must know how to read assembly drawings, procedures, and work instructions.

2.       Must know how to read schematics and apply to testing. 

3.       Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

4.       Must be able to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms.

5.       The ability to work effectively with various PC based testing tools and equipment.

6.       Essential skills required for this role include mathematics, communication, safety knowledge, understanding testing equipment, and scientific knowledge, mechanical skills, and observational skills.

7.       Must have own transportation to travel to both Croydon, PA and Exton, PA.

8.       Must be familiar with MS Office Suite products such as Excel and Word.

9.       Must know how to research information using multiple resources.

10.   Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal instructions.

Must be self-motivated to learn to be a valued part of the Team. This entails providing both production and engineering support for testing purposes
