This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for:

• First Shift 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday -Friday

• One of the main objectives of this position is to deliver a quality product, while working as a team on the production floor.

• You will assemble and verify products are ready for next process.

• You will work closely with area Supervisor and/or Manufacturing Technicians for semi-complex troubleshooting situations.

• You will perform all of the standard and some specialized and complex aspects within area of specialization

• You will apply documented rules, past practices, or instruction on an independent level

• Effectively identify problems as they occur and take appropriate steps to solve them in situations where the problem is difficult or complex.

• Advanced skills: soldering, testing, rework

Required skills to have for the success of this role

• HS diploma or equivalent required.

• Specialized skill training/certification may be required.

• Typically, 2-5 years of successful experience in area of responsibility and successful

demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.
