This role is in our Customer Communications Division, which is a world-leader in digital and mail communications. In this role, you are responsible for maintenance and electro-mechanical repair on all mail inserting and finishing equipment. Ensuring all production equipment is kept in top condition to guarantee maximum availability and reliability. This is an on-site role that will be assigned to a physical Broadridge location where work will be performed 100% of the time.
Early Week Night Shift: 6pm-6am Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, alternating Saturdays
Maintains and services high-speed inserting and finishing equipment.
Responsible for mechanical and electrical repair on all mail inserting and finishing machines.
Ensures that a sufficient inventory exists of spare parts and confirms that inventory controls are followed.
Complete all records tracking preventive maintenance, including lube logs and departmental procedures.
May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned.
High School Degree or equivalent
Proficient with all hand tools and basic mechanical repairs.
Previous experience maintaining and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment, including hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and electrical circuits.
Completion of AC/DC Electronics Theory coursework, Technical/Trade School or Military equivalent.
Ability to stand and work throughout duration of assigned shift. Capable of regularly lifting, carrying and moving 25+ lbs. throughout duration of assigned shift.
Compensation & Benefits:
Annual Compensation (paid hourly): $60,000 - $65,000 depending on experience.
Annual Bonus: $1,250 bonus recurring every year.
