Production & Talent Relations Coordinator

Reporting to the Production Manager, this position will focus on the coordination of requests and/or details for special projects for production. This involves assistance on creative assets, casting, budgets, development and/or preproduction tasks. It also includes strong relations & rapport with our key talent (Talent contract stars), whom we often prioritize for special projects.

What you'll be doing:

• Assist in providing scrum, project and program management oversight.

• Assist the Production Manager with key preproduction planning (casting, scripts, budgeting, coordinating product requests).

• Assist team with support for any branded events, trade shows or outings etc.

• Help coordinate details for special projects & content productions (casting, location scouting).

• Assist the Production Manager & Sr. Director with talent & industry relations tasks. Become a trusted and familiar face to the talent world.

• Actively inform & help improve the talent experience on our sets.

• Coordinate & relay talent feedback to teams and production crews.

What you'll need to be successful:

Must Haves:

• 3-5 years experience of industry, content experience

• 1-2 years experience with managing a team.

• Strong project/program management skills

• Adaptable, capable of managing multiple and complex deadlines.

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong oral and written communications skills

Nice to Haves:

• Experience in Production background is an asset.

• Adult industry knowledge is an asset.
