Position Objective

Essential Job Functions

Professionally represent the company as responsive, reliable, and customer-oriented technically proficient, cost effective and timely service of the Konica Minolta High Volume Production Line.

Install, service and troubleshoot all printing and scanning issues of all production systems.Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers and fellow employees.Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining the minimum calls per day, response time and other core performance metric averages.Establishes an up-to-date file of service manuals, part books and other service literature using the issued laptop and develops familiarity with contents.Maintain tool kit, supplies, and accurate inventory for assigned territory.

Seek opportunities to improve territory parts budget and inventory control.Assist other technicians as needed with more complex service calls.Provides sales support as required (i.e. advising sales on problems as accounts, service leads).Installs multiple protocol and/or multiple network operating systems in conjunction with software based solutions, i.e. Barr System, AHT, TR Systems, etc. Accurate and timely completion of invoices and expense reports.Professionally represent the company as responsive, reliable, and customer-oriented technically proficient, cost effective and timely service of the Konica Minolta High Volume Production Line.

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

Demonstrated electro-mechanical, digital electronic, and PC expertise.Ability to use appropriate technology for the position (i.e. handheld computer, phone, laptop).Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Position requires use of personal car which is eligible for vehicle maintenance compensation program.Must be able to travel locally on a daily basis to various customer sites.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.Must have excellent daily time management skills and be capable of prioritizing activities and schedule to obtain effective results.

Ability to be work independently with very little supervision. Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications

Minimum of a High School diploma or GED required. Technical School training preferred.2-3 years of experience related to technical/repair of business equipment.A+ and Net+ certification or equivalent experience.Minimum of a High School diploma or GED required. VIEW JOBS 1/14/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-04-14T00:00 Providence is calling a Senior Master Data Systems Specialist – PSJH to Providence Health & Services in one of the following locations: Renton WA, Portland OR, Beaverton OR, Anaheim CA The Sr. Master Data Systems Specialist serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for data domains of Enterprise Master Data Management and Reference Data. This includes integrating Enterprise Golden Records, Source of Truth, Hierarchies, Data standards and mappings into one or more PSJH solutions within and external to Healthcare Intelligence to reduce and avoid silos resulting in simplified data flow for efficient enterprise solutions. Master Data Systems Specialist Sr. will partner both at the department and functional levels, including data stewards, to ensure alignment of master data rules and the operations of the application meet all requirements. Partnering with Client/Analytics Services and Information Management teams in Healthcare Intelligence to ensure integrity of governed data assets is an essential accountability. In this position you will have the following responsibilities: * Collaborate with Data Owners, business and IT stakeholders, Data Stewards, Master Data Systems Architects, and Contractors to determine system business standards, rules, access solutions, and data quality indicators. * Supports implementation Master Data Management for core data assets including but not limited to Patient, Provider, Payor, and Supply Chain domains * Interfacing with end user work groups to understand requirements, and helping to define, develop and implement MDM standard operating procedures within targeted business and data domains * Develop System level Master Data Management Strategy, Implementation Plans, and Project Phases in collaboration with Master Data Systems Architects * Support development of ongoing Master Data and Reference Data Governance & Administration for analytical needs * Provide inputs and recommendations to multiple ongoing system level projects including risk management for data management application selections, data source identification, and data source development strategies * Develop operational processes, tools, and delivery channels to audit and improve system Master Data and Reference Data * Support Contractors through IS Project Management, IT Contracts Management processes, and project deliverables associated with various data source applications * Manage development of client technical requirements for small to large system level data management projects * Interfacing with end user work groups to understand requirements, and helping to define, develop and implement MDM standard operating procedures within targeted business and data domains * Provide accurate LOEs (Level of Effort) as part of iteration/sprint planning. * Define and implement data management policies and procedures within their identified business domains * Gather current state process and system analysis information, including interaction with data owners and stewards within pertinent PSJH business groups * Manage and document metadata including business definitions and the sourcing of data and 'dictionaries' across systems providing an integrated, standard dictionary * Work with users on designing and developing Dashboards using Tableau for various organizational metrics and indicators, creating new reports and modifying existing reports using industry standards and best practices * Responsible for verifying accuracy of data, supporting data warehouse, accessing and resolving issues with the data warehouse, dashboards and reports * Maintaining Visualizations and Reports and working on enhancements to existing reports or creating new reports based on business needs * Facilitate design and implementation of Visualization solutions between architecture, application business groups and key leaders. * Develop data quality audit tools, communication plans, reports, and materials for senior leadership presentations * Ensure suppliers of data are properly informed, trained, and understand the importance of MDM strategies * Work with end-users to resolve ongoing data quality issues. * Identify and communicate data concerns, issues and problems as well as resolution plan pertaining to various domains of mastered and reference data * Ensure compliance of regulatory requirements such as HIPAA, JCAHO and other groups to support patient privacy, appropriate data protection/storage and security requirements * Ensure accuracy and integrity of organization's Master Data through participation in analysis, testing, and validation activities * Collaborate with peers across multiple functions to advise on data assets as well as Data & Analytics processes to look for opportunities to optimize and utilize reference and Mastered data Required qualifications for this position include: * Bachelor's degree in Data Management, MIS, Business Administration, and/or other data-related or healthcare related fields Or equivalent educ/experience. * 8+ years healthcare data management related disciplines * 7+ years data analysis, data integration, application integration, report development, or project management skills * 5 years software/system development lifecycles * 3 years Enterprise Data Warehouse and/or Master Data Management (MDM) -
