POSITION: Production Support Analyst Lead

WORKSITE: 2705 West Lake Drive, Taylor, Texas, 76574, United States

May partial telecommute from within the State of Texas.

OFFERED WAGE: $120,162.00 per year

JOB DUTIES:

Provide technical support for the application suites and related interfaces. Work as a member of the Technical Support Team to process changes, fixes, and requests to minimize the risk of application instability during change processing.

Review, test and implement new application related tools or utilities as required by business needs. Analyze current application processes and recommend improvements. Apply operational methodologies and concepts following documentation standards to update and maintain systems documentation.

Identify, review, and recommend functional and technical design and system architecture improvements. Conduct systems migration planning and execution. Maintain proficiency in operational methodologies and concepts.

Identify and act on functional and technical design and system architecture improvements. Update team policies, processes, and workflows for submission to the Production Services Manager. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and provide training and mentoring for less experienced technical staff.

Provide support to resolve the most complex issues where analysis of situations requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Lead projects, schedule work, and train team members. Maintain knowledge of emerging trends and industry best practices.

MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Software, Computer, Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Eight (8) years of experience as IT or Systems Analyst or Engineer, Software Engineer, or IAM Engineer or Specialist

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: The eight (8) years of experience as IT or Systems Analyst or Engineer, Software Engineer, or IAM Engineer or Specialist must have included at least two (2) years of experience with system administration, Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM) suite, server monitoring/maintenance, and use of Oracle Enterprise Manager to monitor applications running on various platforms and directory servers
