Production Supply Clerk (Forklift)

Conagra Brands, Imlay City, Home of Vlasic has an opportunity for Production Supply Clerk (Prime Materials). The person in this role is primarily responsible for the preparation of production ingredients, managing the inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized area that houses all prime materials. $600 Sign on Bonus payable during the first six (6) weeks on the job!

This is a 2nd shift opportunity $16.24/hour (with premium), overtime over 40 hours - double time over 55. This is a full time role. Required year-round.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Ability to work accurately and safely with both liquid and dry ingredients.

• Ability to learn in house make up of ingredients.

• Ability to use calculator and perform basic math skills to compile, analyze, and report data.

• Ability to accurately assist in completing daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts on all Prime Materials.

• Must have Hi-Lo license or be licensed through the company training program.

• Must work closely with QA Lab, Team Leaders and Production Leads

• Ability to read, understand, and interpret documents such as; safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

• Ensure actions support and are consistent with plant safety goals and procedures.

• Adapt to changing situations and be able to establish priorities.

• Ability to maintain area in a neat, FIFO driven, and sanitary fashion.

• Accurately complete all paperwork in a neat and orderly fashion.

• Ability to train employees as needed.

• Must be dependable, self-motivated, and maintain an acceptable attendance record.

• Ability to work and communicate effectively with co-workers, Team Leaders and Production Leads

• Understand and promote Vlasic policies and procedures.

• Other duties may be assigned as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to lift 30-40 lbs. frequently during each shift.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally during each shift.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

• Prior forklift experience preferred
