Production Supervisor

Our Production Supervisor plays a critical role in providing exceptional leadership to our operation and ensuring strong communication across our Flavor Factory. You may not be an expert in everything manufacturing (yet!), but you come to us with deft skills to lead our team successfully. Fiercely committed to safety, quality, and developing teams, you help ensure we have the right people & processes in place to make all the delicious Torani syrup our customers want!

Our team is amazing, and we know that none of our operations can be done without them. Full-heartedly understanding that your own success is directly linked to the success of your team, you make it your mission to remove obstacles and empower others to elevate their own work. You can't wait to roll up your sleeves, partner with colleagues, and continue to develop the most extraordinary manufacturing environment in the Bay Area.

SUCCESS FACTORS (FIRST 12-18 MONTHS)

  • People Management: Teamwork and team building are your passions! As a leader, you leverage your experience in building and developing high performing teams. You create thoughtful development plans for the team with cross-functional training and you inspire exemplary behavior and constant learning through coaching and feedback. Your investment in developing our people will result in highly functioning team members and leaders. You and your team exemplify our good manufacturing practices, high standards of food quality, safety, and food defense.

  • Safety First: Your vigilance around the safety of our people and products is contagious! You set the example by maintaining a safe and enjoyable work environment with zero safety incidents. When safety concerns arise, you take the appropriate measures to address them. Ongoing safety trainings are an integral part of our operations, and team members are empowered to raise safety concerns and identify sustainable solutions.

  • Daily Operation Support: Proper shift transitions & strong lines of communication are your cornerstones to a successful operation! With diligence about collecting & sharing the right information, with the right people, at the right time, your team is always in the know. You are constant source of updates on safety, quality, sanitation, KPIs, company communication, and more! Your visible floor presence allows you to spend time developing your team, and keeping a pulse on the operation. Administrative work is done accurately and efficiently, including orchestrating the schedule of our team (and sometimes our flavors).

  • Continuous Improvement: Things just keep on gettin' better! The team is suggesting & implementing robust improvements to our operations. Everyone is working together with a shared purpose to exceed KPI targets and advance our performance. As the needs of the business change, you help ensure we have the appropriate metrics in place and apply them to the daily work. Integrating training opportunities into daily activities, you support team member development, and cross training initiatives; your team loves the ample opportunities they have to grow!

  • Collaboration: You are skilled at collaboration and building strong relationships across the organization and with external partners; this is shown through the successful coordination and launch of special projects, & major business changes. You seek out the input of others before making big decisions and value different points of view. As a trusted advisor, you are a "go-to" person for manufacturing.
