We manufacture water-efficient products including flush valves, electronic faucets, soap dispensing and sink systems along with vitreous china fixtures for commercial, industrial and institutional markets worldwide.

We have an immedidate opening for a Production Supervisor in our Augusta, AR Foundry. In this role you will be responsible for planning, organizing and managing the effective utilization of people, materials, equipment and manufacturing processes to meet safety, production schedule, quality, inventory, cost and delivery objectives in the Augusta, AR Foundry.

Responsibilities include

• Train, evaluate and coach staff. Resolve personnel performance issues.

• Perform continuous improvement activities aimed at enhancing safety, efficiency, quality and costs.

• Responsible for training of employees in proper methods and procedures. Continues to develop and lead employees with on-going training.

• Prepare required reports and maintains data in SAP concerning department activities.

• Ensures conformance to safety rules and regulations, labor agreement and employee rules of conduct.

• Reviews production schedule for needs and accuracy.

• Produce quality parts and finished goods that meet established quality standards.

• Responsible to meet established productivity targets and develop and implement corrective action plans when needed.

• Directly supervise and follows up on scheduled work with all employees in assigned area of responsibility.

Qualifications:

• 1+ Years Experience in Manufacturing Environment, or related education.

• 3+ Years Supervisory experience

• Working knowledge of material, tooling, machine tools and manufacturing process.

• Proficient in use of computer applications - Microsoft Office.

• Working knowledge of safety management process.
