As the Production Supervisor - Service, you'll be responsible for planning and reviewing all service and warehouse projects, distributing work, and maintaining quality control. This position also oversees and manages all Service personnel within our Waukegan shop. This role comes with a unique challenge and set of responsibilities. Production Supervisor Responsibilities

• Review all service and warehouse projects and qualify of information

• Plan daily work schedules

• Daily approval of time cards and material requests

• Support service and warehouse workers by providing needed information, materials and equipment

• Investigate and complete accident reports

• Equipment maintenance including daily, weekly, and monthly required safety checks

• Shop cleanliness and organization

• Carry out union related contract language / initiatives directly by the Operations Director

• Building security such as; opening and closing

• Additional responsibilities may be assigned

Requirements

Production Supervisor Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelors and/or Associate degree with 5+ years of relevant experience

• Must have 3 to 5+ years previous supervisory experience

• Must be organized and strong attention to detail

• Highly organized, flexible and ability to work necessary hours in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
