- Updated To Add: Future promotional track to Operations Mgr and / or Plant Mgr is being targeted in these hires.
- Supervises team (up to 30) in fabrication and welding of the Company’s products.
- Leader in development of Welding working instructions and technical process methods methods.
- Balances work flow via re-assignments as needed.
- Ensure required HS&E equipment logs are properly maintained
- Assure written work instructions and quality checks are posted at each workstation.
- Two Roles are potentially needed.
- High School Diploma or GED - Prefer a BS Degree
- Prefer a CWI - Certified Welding Inspector
- 2+ years Supervisory experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Prior experience with Welding in a job shop fabrication is required:
- Strong welding technical knowledge is KEY.
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, people development skills
- Will need to effectively handle changes and be adaptable to new requirements and technology.
- Strong Experience in Lean Manufacturing
- Compensation: DOE - $80K to 100K base
