• 2 or more years of leadership experience in a production environment

• 1 or more years' experience working with Lean Manufacturing principles

A Day in the Life:

As a Production Supervisor you would bring a mixture of leadership and strategy. Your days would be spent transitioning from cheerleader to coach and at times an investigative journalist. It is important that you understand our people, our process and our data to see where and how we can improve.
