Technical Skills Requires the ability to read and interpret documents such as drawings, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Requires the ability to write routine reports and correspondence and the ability to speak effectively before groups. Requires the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumferences, and volume.

Requires the ability to resolve everyday practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
