  1. Responsible for Production operating crew.
    2.Assist in the selection and training process of departmental employees to create an effective operating team and establishing and maintaining effective communication.
    3.Incorporate Safety into all aspects of the operation and ensure that safe working conditions, actions and practices exist and are followed at all times.
    4.Must be a team builder/leader to lead in a Directions oriented team.
    5.Ensure that products are produced that will meet or exceed customer requirements and that the most efficient and economical use of machinery, raw materials and labor are continuously achieved.
    6.Will work required overtime and any shift.
    1.Strong leadership skills, effective verbal and written communication, decision making and people handling skills, and the ability to work in a diverse workforce environment.
    2.Business minded, people and results oriented, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.
    3.Self-starter, excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.

This position is responsible for the operations of the Hospital on his/her shift, including patient care, staff management, and trouble-shooting/problem solving. This position is also responsible for the distribution and utilization of available resources to provide safe patient care based on hospital-wide assessment in a quality and cost effective manner. Minimum Requirements: Five years recent clinical experience in a tertiary acute care setting required Previous experience and demonstrated skills in a leadership or a supervisory role Three years management experience preferred Education/Licenses/Certifications: Bachelors Degree required - Note: A combination of Associates Degree or Certificate in Nursing and 6 years of recent relevant experience may be substituted for bachelor's degree requirement, with HR Compensation approval and provided the individual commits to pursuing and completing the bachelor's degree within a specified time frame Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington. ACLS certified or must become certified within 6 months of employment Health Care Provider CPR certification required BLS & ACLS required at the time of hire.
