• Salary Range for Production Supervisor from $72,377 to $108,566

At our facility in Niagara Falls, NY you can develop your full potential, sustainably by applying your expertise within the Containerboard Packaging division of our team as the Production Supervisor:

• Lead a team to achieve operational efficiency objectives in alignment with business strategy

• Optimize available resources and rigorously apply business processes

• Establish effective communication systems within the unit

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and occupational health and safety regulations

• Develop action plans to address performance gaps or anomalies

You too, put forward your strengths:

• Minimum two (2) plus years experience in a manufacturing environment, paper industry is preferred

• Minimum two (2) plus years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is mandatory

• Demonstrate extensive experience in supervision and the manufacturing sector

• Exhibit leadership and a collaborative spirit to inspire and engage teams

• Possess problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Cultivate a culture of accountability for occupational health and safety

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing (an asset)

• Knowledge of SAP software or other ERP (an asset)
