Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overseeing the wet out facility.

  • Arrange delivery of product to a variety of locations. Monitor contract drivers delivery schedules.

  • Plan and schedules inbound and outbound shipment to internal or external customers based on needs.

  • Processes incoming orders, works with various Field Engineers/Superintendnets/Project Managers/Logistics Coordinators coordinating tube/equipment availablity and forecasting equipment needs

  • Ensure the safety of all employees and that all employees are following all safety practices implemented. Conduct daily safety training.

  • Ensure that quality requirements are met while working in a safe manner compliant with company employment guidelines. Conduct training and verify compliance of quality processes and procedures.

  • Provide input and approval for changes in work procedures.

  • Ensure proper equipment and materials are in place.

  • Meet demands of the production schedules by ensuring facility is properly staffed and adequate supervision is in place at all times.

  • Complete bill of ladings for all loads and ensure that all vehicles contain proper documentation.

  • Conduct inventory cycle counts and coordinate with wet out administrator to maintain an accurate inventory of materials. Maintain an inventory of spare parts for facility equipment. Manage consumable supplies and tools.

  • Receive all resin, chemicals, liners and materials in computer system.

  • Personally participate and assist in all wet out processes.

  • Assist with overall development and training needs for the wet out personnel to improve skill level, involvement, value, and morale.

  • Ensure all hourly employees follow ITI policies and discipline when deemed necessary.

  • Operate within budget while minimizing cost.

Physical Requirements:

  • Walk, stand, climb, balance, stoop, crouch, bend, reach, kneel, crawl and stretch

  • Use of hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; talk and hear without visual cues.

  • Ability to lift, push and pull up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing type environment required

  • Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within our industry preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communciation skills required

  • Ability to perform arithmetic calculations and apply basic statistical, agelbraic, and geometric concepts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, volumes etc is required.

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

  • ability to use computer to enter data and do routine calcualtions.

  • Ability to work with spreadsheets, databases and presentation software.

VIEW JOBS 8/13/2018 12:00:00 AM 2018-11-11T00:00 GENERAL PURPOSE: The Area Supervisor is a member of the Store Leadership who is responsible for a specific, assigned area of the Store as well as the general operations and supervision of the Store when functioning as the Manager on Duty. Area Supervisors are responsible for opening and closing the Store, supervising Associates, and maintaining a friendly, easy to shop environment. They ensure proper merchandise presentation, and maintain a clean work area at all times. Area Supervisors are also responsible for executing and supervising Company operational processes as needed. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Maintaining Safe and Secure Environments * Understands that safety is the number one priority and practices safe behaviors in everything they do. * Maintains a high level of awareness on the sales floor to create a safe and secure shopping environment for everyone. Immediately corrects or reports any unsafe conditions or practices to Store Leadership. * Responsible for security of building including entrance/exit control (Associate entry/egress, receiving door, daily trash removal, etc.), Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) devices daily function check, Cash Office security, armored carrier pick-ups and register area. * Removes clutter and ensures safe, clear egress to emergency exits. * Responsible for Customer safety including accident prevention, accident reporting and emergency procedures. * Tests all fire alarm systems as scheduled. Responds to after-hours alarms when requested. * Customer Service * Treats all Customers, Associates, and other leaders with respect. * Demonstrates courtesy, friendliness, and professionalism at all times. Recognizes Associates using Company recognition programs. * Personal and Store Brand * Represents and supports the Company brand at all times. * Maintains a professional appearance, in accordance with Company Dress Code. All merchandise returned to the sales floor must be ticketed, scanned, nubbed and security tagged as needed. * Administrative Duties as Assigned by Store Manager * Ensures Cash pulls and bank deposits are conducted to Company policy. * Responsible for Front End control when needed. Understands and adheres to the policies and procedures that refer to refund approval, Associate purchase approval, securing tills and cash in safe, register Paid Outs/Ins, void approval, register media and break schedules. * Responsible for payroll administration including daily punch edits, Associate scheduling compliance, Sunday payroll transmission and Payroll reporting as needed. * Other duties as assigned by Store Manager. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ADA: * Ability to use all Store equipment, including PDTs, registers and PC as required. * Ability to spend up to 100% of working time standing, walking, and moving around the Store. * Ability to regularly bend at the waist, squat, kneel, climb, carry, reach, and stoop. * Ability to occasionally push, pull and lift more than 25 lbs. * Ability to use janitorial equipment, rolling racks, ladders and other assigned supplies. * Certain assignments may require other qualifications and skills. * Associates who work Stockroom shifts - ability to regularly push, pull and lift more than 20 lbs.
