Production Supervisor

Description:

• WANTS to work 1st shift 5:30 am-4:00 pm

• Will have specific work orders that MUST get accomplished each day

• Individual to succeed within this role must understand how to multi-task and manage time very well

• Will need to check in with each team, be able to address issues and concerns both with internal team and production timelines

• Will need to delegate and be resourceful if an issue arises or if team needs to be shifted for a different focus

• Communicate and wrap everything up and secure for the day

• Interact with leaders on 2nd shift prior to starting own shift

• Manage employee relations

First Day must be able to:

• Program ERP systems

• Quickly build relationships and direct people

• Can provide leadership immediately

Team Environment:

• Interactive group - strong communication within team (planners/production/leads)

• Bi-weekly meet with all leaders to keep all teams on the same page

• Tenured group team up to 20+ year team members

• Company likes to promote within, many team members have moved up

• Friendly, eager to help

• Strong co-hesion
