To help us drive excellence, you'll get to:

• Supervises, coordinates, and prioritizes activities of production personnel to meet customer, plant and management requirements.

Interprets specifications and job orders to workers and assigns duties.

• Ensures effective utilization of manpower to minimize overtime requirements. Studies production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment.

• Observes workers and machines to detect errors or malfunctions and orders corrective actions.

• Maintains production, quality, and time keeping reports and records accurately.

This full-time, salary role is a part of our Lebanon team and reports to the Operations Manager.

Required experience:

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Experienced in training, planning, assigning, and directing work.

• Experienced in addressing complaints and resolving problems.

• Experience with Progressive and Transfer presses.

• Experience in field: 2 years or more.

• Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.

• · Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
