Production Superintendent

Job Summary:

Oversee product manufacturing, quality, and raw material management for multiple lines in a 24-hour process. Lead employee training and development, and support client goals for safety, productivity, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise production to meet goals and control costs

• Plan and schedule work for maximum productivity

• Improve safety performance and ensure compliance with regulations

• Manage material and labor usage, and product quality

• Lead a team of 80+ employees, including performance evaluations and hiring

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in management, engineering, or relevant field

• 5+ years of operational leadership experience in manufacturing

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and Microsoft Office

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
