Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Production Superintendent to lead and manage our manufacturing processes. The Production Superintendent will support company goals for safety, productivity, and product quality, and may need to fill in for the Plant Manager when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Manufacturing Operations: Oversee the manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality products and efficient use of raw materials.
• Supervise Resources: Coordinate resources to meet production goals, help prepare budgets, and control costs.
• Develop Controls and Metrics: Implement controls and metrics for tracking material and labor usage.
• Supervising supervisors to achieve production volume, quality, and delivery goals.
• Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring a secure work environment.
• Monitoring and controlling departmental budgets.
• Ensuring equipment functionality and supervising pre-operational sanitation procedures.
• Acting as a liaison between plant management and supervisors.
• Participating in daily plant meetings and offering valuable perspectives.
• Cultivating and sustaining positive employee relations.
• Conducting annual performance reviews and handling disciplinary actions when necessary.
