Production Planning Coordinator

We are currently recruiting a Production and Planning Coordinator who would love to join our enthusiastic DO & CO team and implement the best industry practices for our luxury airline catering operation in New York.

Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and update airline food menu specifications.

• Coordinate and communicate changes to menu specifications or other menu related information within different departments and with clients.

• Take notes on menu specifications during presentations and ensure all dishes are properly weighed, recorded, and photographed.

• Liaise with chefs to gather menu details and recipes.

• Conduct monthly meetings to discuss changing menus with culinary, purchasing and accounts team.

• Prepare all necessary administrative work as well as assist in client menu presentation as needed.

• Support Costing Analyst with production planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Economics Statistics or Finance

• Proficient in MS Office (Word PowerPoint and Excel)

• Knowledge of culinary arts highly desired; strong interest in the Food Service Industry is a plus.
