Role & Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all safety/housekeeping requirements within a manufacturing setting.

  • Responsible for operating production equipment, including troubleshooting and making the necessary adjustments to ensure product and quality specifications are met.

  • Recording of production data and other results in the manner required.

  • Apply basic maintenance skills to help service equipment.

  • Expected to take an active role in all plant safety and continuous improvement initiatives as required by supervision.

  • Adaptable to scheduling requirements including shiftwork, assignment of overtime, working weekends, etc. where applicable.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Able to work in a manufacturing setting in a safe manner and follow all plant safety and housekeeping rules.

  • Ability to learn to operate and troubleshoot plant equipment.

  • Ability to interpret verbal and written work instructions.

  • Ability to apply basic computer skills required for data entry and reporting.

  • Proficiency at taking measurements as needed to verify product is within specifications.

  • Possess basic maintenance skills, including familiarity with common hand tools and how to properly use them (Hammer, wrench, screwdrivers, pliers, putty knife, etc.).

  • Effective teamwork and communication skills needed with all co-workers.

  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

  • Shift: 12-hour rotating days/nights

  • Department: Constellation, Wet Felt, Laminating Line.

Rate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.

In addition, they ensure the well-being of patients and provide a positive, supportive environment while working in conjunction with physicians, advanced practice clinicians, front office and clinical staff.</p><p>This role is center-based and requires working in a clinical setting. The noise level is moderate and there is a potential for exposure to infectious diseases and blood-borne pathogens. It requires the ability to stand and sit for hours at a time (with some bending and stooping), ability to use manual dexterity in relation to clinical requirements, and ability to lift 50 lbs. Hours may vary based on location, patient volume, and business needs.</p><p>Our teams utilize a collaborative working model to build connections across our centers and communities. The primary center for this position is 707 MN-33 Suite 19, Cloquet, MN 55720, though you may also operate in other local work sites on an as needed basis.</p><p>Primary Responsibilities:</p><ul><li><p>Complete provider orders per state and provider regulations</p></li><li><p>Perform accurate X-rays as ordered by the provider while practicing radiation safety precautions to include ALARA</p></li><li><p>Prepare and transmit images to the radiologist for over-read, and report over-read results to providers</p></li><li><p>Retrieve and archive radiographic reports</p></li><li><p>Create/Burn CD's in compliance with HIPAA regulations</p></li><li><p>Perform detailed and accurate data collection during clinical intake of patients to include taking and recording vital signs and patient history</p></li><li><p>Assist patients as needed with walking, transfer, specimen collection, exam prep, etc.</p></li><li><p>Complete occupational health testing including such services as urine drug screens, breath alcohol testing, hair testing and physicals</p></li><li><p>Complete patient referrals and patient callbacks daily</p></li><li><p>Proper, concise and complete EMR documentation and paper based documentation for all assessments and procedures</p></li><li><p>Other basic nursing duties as assigned such as new models of care and new types of procedures, etc.</p></li></ul><p>You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.</p><p>Required Qualifications:</p><ul><li><p>Active, unrestricted and state appropriate Radiologic Technologist license and/or certification</p></li><li><p>Maintain CEU/CME's as applicable for licensure</p></li><li><p>Currently affiliated with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (e.g. Certified and Registered with ARRT or successfully passed the core modules of the ARRT limited scope of practice exams)</p></li><li><p>MN: Applicants that have taken and passed the examination on or before January 1st, 2008 must have their original certificate or letter of passing from the examination center. No state issued letters will be honored.
