What you'll do:

  • Sets up and operates automatic or semiautomatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation. Monitors meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and related controls and guidelines to ensure adherence to production/process specifications.

  • Follows engineering drawings, work order information, Manufacturing Assembly Procedures, SOPs, and other written and verbal specifications in the manufacturing process. Installs, modifies, moves, troubleshoots, repairs and dismantles machinery and equipment according to requisition established documentation (e.g., SOPs), layout plans, blueprints or other drawings.

  • Assembles mechanical units, fabricated parts/components and/or electrical/electronic systems to make sub-assemblies, assemblies or complete units using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures and miscellaneous equipment. Includes Machine Operator, Process Operations, Product Assembly, and Production Technician roles.

Who you are:

  • High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) with 2 - 3 years manufacturing

  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively

  • Ability to use a computer and applicable software, e.g. Microsoft Office, SAP, MMIS etc

  • Ability to use basic mathematics to quantify scrap in various units of measure ,e.g. Linear Feet, Sq. Feet, etc. and downtime in minute

  • Must be able to work overtime as required

  • Ability to safely work with certain solvents, e.g. IPA, DMAC and other common, as required

  • Ability to work D shift (4pm

  • 4am Thursday

  • Saturday alternating Wednesdays)

The hourly range for this role is $20.00 - $36.00 USD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
