Production OperatorJob DescriptionEssential Duties and Responsibilities * Perform setup, run execution, and shutdown procedures in compliance with machine manufacturing systems requirements. * Verify processes are within the accepted manufacturing tolerances and specifications. * Requires lifting of equipment up to 35 lbs. * Performs in process inspection for cosmetic defects per procedure. * Performs machine maintenance and workcenter 5S* Complies with escalation procedure and PIM processes to effectively communicate with technical staff and operation team. * Enters data to close work orders, enter part counts and scrap in ERP system. * Enter and help solve suggestion cards * Participate in kaizen events and problem solving activities * Ability to cross train on multiple workcenters * Assists in the training of other associates on an as needed basis. * Ensures proper cleanliness of equipment and immediate area in accordance with company housekeeping, safety, and environmental, and lean manufacturing guidelines. * Participates in departmental safety programs to include adhering to all EH&S policies and procedures, reporting and/or addressing potentially unsafe conditions, and participation in accident root cause & corrective action as needed. * Participates in lean manufacturing activities on an as needed basis. * Perform other duties as needed or assigned.BackgroundRequired Knowledge Skills and Abilities * CompetenciesTo perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:*

    VIEW JOBS 5/7/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-08-05T00:00 Job Title: Production and Inventory Analyst Primary Role: Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, you will be responsible for daily management of customer order queue, analyzing our inventory, and aligning production labor to ensure the timely delivery of product and services. This role will cover both internal Spencer production as well as the management of our 3rdparty partners. Spencer is responsible for ensuring that there is sufficient inventory and labor available to fulfill customer inventory requests to support their maintenance and project service agreements. The understanding is that Spencer will manage inventory levels for all parts, and act pre-emptively to coordinate inventory replenishment as required by each customer statement of work. This individual will be a member of Spencers Shared Services Division. The job role may include other reasonable duties/tasks from time to time. Responsibilities include: * Customer and Project Onboarding: forecasting of labor, space, and materials requirements to determine appropriate Spencer depot selection. * Establish and update Min/Max inventory levels for all Company owned and Customer managed inventories, based on historical and forecasted usage, lead times, production times, and minimum order quantities. * Analyze current labor pool and ensure it is in line with current and immediate forecasted customer demand. * Ensure a high level of internal and external customer service. Investigate (and correct) customer issues and complaints relating to inventory and service accuracy. * Provide routine management information on inventory performance. * Coordinate objectives in cooperation with other depot managers to maximize quality and minimize costs. * Forecasting of equipment requirements for customer inventory for Store Construction, Break/Fix, Customer Project equipment requirements, and analyze data to anticipate current and future needs. * Monitor inventory levels and coordinate consistent replenishment as appropriate through communication and escalation to purchasing, production, customer/vendor fulfillment, warehouse transfer, etc. as necessary to maintain sufficient stock to support customer SLA requirements. * Pull data and create internal and external SLA and KPI reports for productivity, quality, and efficiency within all Shared Services facilities. * Collaborate with warehouse management and employees to coordinate cycle counting, reporting, and inventory control as necessary to support company and customer requirements. * Escalate as necessary to upper management on stock levels, issues, etc. The right individual will have the following skills: * Proven experience in Inventory analytics * Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods * Ability to interpret analysis results and recommend or implement actions with minimum oversight. * Excellent oral and written communication abilities. Comfortable taking the lead in conversations with internal teams and external partners. * Excellent at organizing priorities and information. * Well versed in using Excel for reporting and data analysis must be able to represent data using pivot tables and advanced excel techniques. * Demonstrated experience managing customer relations. * Ability to be an active member of a geographically dispersed team.
